There are four steps to make a bullet proof coffee.
- Use fresh coffee beans, preferrably freshly ground too and make yourself a black coffee.
- Add 1 tablespoon MCT oil.
- Add 1 to 2 tablespoon of grass-fed, unsalted butter
- Whisk it up using a hand held blender for around 20 to 30 seconds.
Voila, a bulletproof coffee. It should have a nice foamy and creamy texture. Some people have strong reactions to bulletproof coffees so consider starting with smaller increments of the butter and MCT Oil.
